Neat, over large ice cube or mixed with your favorite cola.
Muddle the lime and mint in a bottom of a rocks glass (or Copper Mug if you have). Add ice and Yellow Bird to the glass, top the rest of the glass with Ginger Beer. Garnish with a lime wheel and serve.

2 oz Yellow Bird Tennessee Whiskey
1 oz Italian Amaro
1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
1 Dash Orange Bitters
3 Luxardo Cherries
Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Add the cherries to a cocktail pick and place inside the glass and serve.

Add ice to a highball glass, add 2oz of Yellow Bird and equal parts of lemonade and iced tea. Garnish with a lemon wheel and serve.

2 - 3 Lime Wedges
Fresh Mint

3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Maple Syrup
1 Egg
Add the egg to the shaker and dry shake (shake vigorously without ice). Add the rest of the ingredients and shake some more. Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe and top with grated nutmeg or cinnamon and serve.

2 oz Yellow Bird Tennessee Whiskey
1 /4 oz Maple Syrup
3 Dashes of Chocolate Bitters
Orange Peel
Add a large cube to a rocks glass. Add the ingredients into the glass and stir. Express an orange twist over top of the cocktail and serve.

SWEATER WEATHER
2 oz Yellow Bird Tennessee Whiskey
3 oz Apple Cider
1/2 Fresh Lemon Juice
Ginger Beer
Add Yellow Bird Whiskey, Apple Cider and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Add ice to a highball glass, then strain the cocktail over fresh ice in the highball glass. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a thin apple slice and serve.

3 oz Whole Milk
1 oz Simple Syrup
2 Dashes of Vanilla Extract
Add all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Add ice in a rocks glass, then strain cocktail over fresh ice in the rocks glass. Top with grated nutmeg and serve.
